Job Summary

Cafe Sevilla is seeking a highly skilled and attentive Cocktail Server to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, taking orders, making recommendations, and serving drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Payment Processing: Process all payments in accordance with Cafe Sevilla policies, including cash handling, credit card processing, and ID verification procedures.
  • Sales and Upselling: Encourage additional sales to guests by offering drinks, bottles, and table service, and promoting our menu items.
  • Section Management: Maintain a clean and organized section, including tables and work areas, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other servers and staff to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for our guests.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and other staff members to ensure that all needs are met and that our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional appearance, and adhere to the standards outlined in the Employee Handbook.
