As an IAM Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering the technical expertise necessary to enable secure access for individuals while maintaining visibility across the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing insights into technical architecture and designing scalable software components. You will demonstrate your engineering skills by solving complex problems and ensuring the quality of software while balancing the speed of feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your technical knowledge to evaluate new technologies and contribute to the design and lifecycle management of services.
  • Participate in research and proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies.
  • Engage in code and design reviews, ensuring high-quality software deliverables.
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing, as well as functional integration and regression testing.
  • Monitor system capacity and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Adhere to change and incident management standards.

Qualifications

  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in object-oriented application development.
  • Experience with core Java design and development, particularly with RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies relevant to the role.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language and understanding of distributed programming concepts.
  • Knowledge of various data structures and their applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in test automation and test-driven development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and metrics visualization platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Unix-based operating systems and various database technologies.
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.
