About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. As an IAM Analyst, you will be part of the GAM Access Control department supporting the Regulatory Onboarding Project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Permissions management in SharePoint and NAS, PowerShell, Automation Experience, strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing outstanding work and monitoring for any new, incoming requests
Prioritizing tasks and actioning them in a timely manner
Acting as the liaison between project teams and business stakeholders to support the two project actions
Updating department process documentation
Maintaining staff lists and role-based access policy documentation

Requirements:

Proficient with Active Directory
Proficient with permissions management in SharePoint and NAS
Strong planning, time management, and documentation skills
Solid writing, communications, and interpersonal skills, plus experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Proven analytic and problem-solving skills
