Underwriting Trainee Roles:

AS A JUNIOR UNDERWRITER AND BEYOND, YOU'LL:
  • Collaborate with the small commercial underwriting division to support small business proprietors.
  • Learn to assess and price unique risks accurately, evaluate loss and risk data, and pinpoint areas of concern to underwrite profitable commercial accounts.
  • Partner with regional sales representatives to meet profit and growth objectives.
  • Establish connections with key agents to secure new business and drive results in a competitive landscape.

The position offers a remote work arrangement with occasional office visits as required.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $51,440 - $77,160. The total compensation package includes bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs.
