Actuarial Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our team at All Pro NYC LLC, focusing on Medicare Bid analysis. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission while working in a fully remote environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Actuarial Analyst specializing in Medicare Bid, you will play a critical role in analyzing and developing bid strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights that drive decision-making. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing our Medicare offerings and enhancing our competitive position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze Medicare Bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CMS regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for bid development.
• Utilize statistical methods and actuarial techniques to assess risk and project future trends.
• Write and execute queries in SQL or other programming languages to extract and analyze data.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior analysts in their professional development.

Requirements:

• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation; Fellow or Associate in the Society of Actuaries (FSA or ASA) is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Medicare Bid analysis.
• At least 5 years of healthcare actuarial experience.
• Proficiency in writing queries in SQL or another programming language.
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Successful completion of 4 or more exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.
