About the Role

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
  • Design and implement evidence-based therapy programs to address students' specific goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, and track student progress.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current California state permit or licensure qualifications.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working in an educational setting or with young populations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
