Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Information Technology department, focusing on the management and optimization of Epic systems.

Key Experience Required:
  • Expertise in EPIC HB, PB, Claims, and HIM.
Core Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate change management initiatives to maintain the integrity and security of Epic Revenue Cycle Applications.
  2. Review and oversee all modifications related to Epic systems in the areas of HB, PB, Claims, and HIM.
  3. Direct multiple projects while guiding a dedicated team.
  4. Collaborate proactively with various business units to align with client objectives and strategies.
  5. Engage with senior management to establish direction and expectations for programs.
  6. Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring, and development of team members.
  7. Inspire and supervise team members, fostering their professional growth.
  8. Provide guidance on the interpretation and execution of standards, policies, and procedures.
  9. Be prepared to travel and work outside of standard hours as required.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience with Epic systems and change management processes.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline; ITIL certification is a plus.
  3. Financial acumen for budgeting and managing departmental finances.
  4. In-depth knowledge of healthcare information systems.
  5. A minimum of 5 years in IT leadership roles.
  6. At least 3 years of experience in implementation and optimization within a multi-site context.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
