Product Knowledge Program Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing the establishment, maintenance, and evolution of the product Source of Truth, a newly created hub of product information for all lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to lead the product source of truth from initial concept to an evolving solution for complex needs.
- Oversight and coordination of all daily activities associated with the product source of truth across business lines to ensure goals and commitments are achieved.
- Define program governance structure, inclusive of decision-making and overall stakeholder engagement plan.
- Field complex product questions from across the organization and engage and align key stakeholders on outcomes.
- 8+ years of experience required: Managing multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Four year degree required or equivalent work experience.
