Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? We are seeking a dedicated Resident Monitor to join our team at The Transition House Inc. Our mission is to provide a supportive environment for individuals re-entering the community from incarceration, and we need your help to make it happen.

Responsibilities:
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and staff.
  • Supervise and communicate with clients during daily activities, including meal times, work periods, and recreation time.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the housing areas and report any maintenance issues.
  • Control contraband and ensure the overall safety and security of the facility.
  • Record and report maintenance problems and collect client monies as necessary.
  • Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly log books and ensure all applicable policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:
  • Washington state Driver's license
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to participate in our Drug-Free workplace program
  • Ability to pass a background check
