About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Human Performance and Rehabilitation Centers. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping children with varying diagnoses achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders in children aged 0-18 years.
  • Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to improve communication and swallowing skills.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
