**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Social Worker to join our team at UMFS as a Home Study & Post Release Case Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from various cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home studies to assess the safety and suitability of potential sponsor homes for placement.
  • Provide post-release services to support the successful integration of youth into their new communities.
  • Deliver comprehensive services to referred youth and their caregivers, promoting effective communication and connection to supportive networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (both oral and written).

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
