We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Store Associate. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing legendary customer service and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Prepare and serve frozen treats, including frozen custard, milkshakes, and sundaes.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
