Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the competitive intelligence initiatives for Personal Care products, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and advanced research methodologies.
- Conduct thorough audits and benchmarking of competitive offerings, developing and executing strategies to monitor and analyze market dynamics and identify emerging trends.
- Collaborate with Research & Engineering teams (product, materials, and process), marketing, legal, patent advisors, sales, and corporate strategy to drive insights.
- Utilize competitive insights to inform business strategies and projects, enhancing the company's market positioning and fostering product innovation.
- Manage the competitive intelligence database, ensuring precise documentation and ongoing enhancement of best practices.
- Prepare and present analytical reports, bulletins, and visual management tools to effectively communicate findings to business unit teams.
- Share insights and trends with relevant stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations.
- Provide mentorship and coaching in Competitive Insights to product development leads and technicians.
- Engage in competitive claims assessments, patent evaluations, and cost analysis.
- Leverage competitive insights to influence ongoing business initiatives and strategies, contributing to the company's market standing and innovation efforts.
