Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the competitive intelligence initiatives for Personal Care products, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and advanced research methodologies.
  • Conduct thorough audits and benchmarking of competitive offerings, developing and executing strategies to monitor and analyze market dynamics and identify emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with Research & Engineering teams (product, materials, and process), marketing, legal, patent advisors, sales, and corporate strategy to drive insights.
  • Utilize competitive insights to inform business strategies and projects, enhancing the company's market positioning and fostering product innovation.
  • Manage the competitive intelligence database, ensuring precise documentation and ongoing enhancement of best practices.
  • Prepare and present analytical reports, bulletins, and visual management tools to effectively communicate findings to business unit teams.
