Cart Refurbishment Expert

Pacific Golf & Turf is seeking a skilled Cart Refurbishment Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete inspection and refurbishment of pre-owned golf carts, including replacement of cowl/body/roof, installation of accessories, and custom wheels/tires. You will also assemble new golf carts for stock/fleet/retail sold, install requested accessories, clean and detail units prior to sale, and perform thorough pre-delivery inspections to ensure quality.

The successful candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience with small engine repair, electrical diagnosis, and accessory installation, as well as a basic set of hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic tools. You must be a team player with a positive attitude, able to clearly follow written and verbal instructions, and be in good physical condition, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds routinely during a shift.

This role offers competitive compensation, $19 - $22 per hour DOE, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a company match. You will enjoy five days of vacation, five days of sick leave, and eight holidays, working Monday through Friday on a day shift.
