Job Overview

Pacific Golf & Turf is seeking a skilled Golf Cart Technician to join our team at our Woodland branch. As a full-time position, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual to transition into a career outside of the standard automotive industry.


Salary and Benefits

The hourly compensation for this position is estimated to be between $19-$22 per hour, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match. Employees are also entitled to five days of vacation, five days of sick leave, and eight holidays.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and refurbishments of pre-owned golf carts, replacing cowl/body/roof, installing various accessories, and customizing wheels/tires.
  • Assemble new golf carts for stock, fleet, or retail sale, ensuring proper installation of requested accessories.
  • Clean and detail units prior to sale, adhering to high standards of quality.
  • Perform rigorous pre-delivery inspections to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge are essential.
  • Prior experience in the golf industry is desirable.
  • A basic set of hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic tools would be beneficial.
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
