  • Utilize extensive expertise in Communication Manager, System Manager, Session Manager, Aura Messaging, Session Border Controller, Device Services, Diagnostic Services, G450/430s, Media-Servers, and remote worker solutions.
  • Stay well-versed in IX Workplace and other SIP-related soft clients as well as Physical Devices.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration utilizing Direct Routing to Avaya SBC.
  • Investigate and resolve network issues related to Avaya systems, including call quality, connectivity, and performance problems.
