Role Summary: The Advanced Sonographer demonstrates superior expertise and capabilities in managing diagnostic evaluations. This role requires critical thinking, the ability to integrate multi-system implications, and proactive observation and management for anticipated events. The position emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and a results-oriented approach to patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program with a minimum of five years of relevant experience; additional clinical experience or credentials may be considered in lieu of some educational requirements.
  • Specialty certification through ARDMS or CCI is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sonographer, with a focus on Perinatal Sonography.
  • Preferred dual registries (e.g., Fetal Echo, Pediatric Echocardiography, Nuchal Translucency, Advanced Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Adult Echo).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekend or holiday shifts required.
