Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Counseling Accreditation Specialist to assist the Counseling Department with project management duties related to the upcoming CACREP accreditation visit.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual to contribute to the success of our department by planning and conceptualizing the re-accreditation process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the re-accreditation process, ensuring compliance with CACREP standards
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
  • Communicate regularly with department members, stakeholders, and external partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an academic setting
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with technology tools and systems, including credit tracking software
Benefits
