We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Behavior Frontiers. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, including in-home, school, center, or community
- Teach individuals with autism to communicate, interact, and function independently
- Collect and analyze data to demonstrate client progress and inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), clients' families, and other technicians to report client progress and receive feedback
- World-class paid training in ABA methods, including discrete trial teaching (DTT), naturalistic teaching strategies (NATS), and verbal behavior (VB)

- Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 30lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (with or without reasonable accommodations)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification
- Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) certification
- Mental Health Technician or Senior Behavior Therapist experience (2 years' experience in ABA)
