Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at GoFly365. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of parts and materials, ensuring that they are properly stored, tracked, and maintained in accordance with FAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Order, receive, issue, secure, and maintain inventory of all parts in accordance with FAA regulations.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Confirm shipping details, track the arrival of parts, and communicate updates to management and vendors.
  • Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure parts accountability.
  • Forecasting and Requisitioning: Prepare and forecast inventory needs, and requisition stock as necessary.
  • Inventory Packaging: Assemble inventory packages for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Reporting: Generate daily reports for all incoming and outgoing parts, equipment, and materials.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). College Degree Preferred
  • Experience: One year related experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Computer proficient in MS office and general internet applications.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work well without supervision.
  • Certifications: Ability to be certified in the handling of hazardous materials.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to qualify for Airport SIDA badge.
  • Language Skills: Must possess good oral and written communications skills and problem solving skills.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid state driver's license and if position requires use of company vehicle(s), must be insurable under company insurance coverage.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work occasional odd hours, including some evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
