Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Floral Arranger and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing floral arrangements, assisting customers with their orders, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create beautiful floral arrangements according to department standards

Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations on products

Use various tools, such as trimmers, shapers, wire pins, floral tape, and foam, to create and display floral arrangements

Price and display product cases in an attractive and eye-catching manner

Inform customers about the care, maintenance, and handling of various flowers and plants

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of experience in floral arranging or customer service preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
