Role Overview:
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance across various workflows within our portfolio. Your role will involve establishing and executing quality assurance protocols, monitoring quality metrics, and addressing any emerging error trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a quality roadmap for assigned workflows in partnership with various teams.
  • Ensure the timely execution of quality initiatives, monitor progress, identify potential risks, resolve issues, and manage escalations.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of new processes, provide training on tools and error management, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure launch readiness.
  • Develop detailed and user-friendly documentation for quality implementations.
  • Track and report on the quality status of workflow portfolios, collaborating with vendors and teams to identify and address error patterns.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in documenting technical implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to oversee quality monitoring processes and bug resolution.

Professional Experience:
  • At least 4 years of experience in cross-functional project management roles.
  • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytics.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in SQL with experience in managing large datasets.
  • Familiarity with content moderation and quality assurance methodologies.

Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
