Job Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Foster positive, empathetic, and professional relationships with clients at all times, maintaining trust and loyalty.
  • Record Management: Update client records accurately and track interactions to optimize support services.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer journeys and enhance overall service quality.
Requirements:
  • Basic Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Skill Set: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
