About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and experienced professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families and individuals. In this position, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services, including assessments, treatment plans, and interventions. Your expertise will help children develop positive coping strategies, improve their behavior, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Families and Treatment Teams: Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to understand each child's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct Assessments and Interventions: Utilize evidence-based practices to assess behavior and develop effective intervention strategies that promote positive change.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create comprehensive treatment plans that address each child's specific needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
