Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Harrisonburg, VA plant. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for lifting, packing, stacking, and strapping bulk orders of our Kerry products. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring continuous operations by meeting production needs and troubleshooting, counting, marking, labeling, and inspecting products and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lift, pack, stack, and strap bulk orders of Kerry products
  • Meet production needs and ensure continuous operations
  • Troubleshoot, count, mark, label, and inspect products and materials
  • Work alongside a team to achieve manufacturing goals
  • Operate a forklift in a manufacturing environment
Requirements
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift 50lbs bags of ingredients consistently throughout the shift
  • Solid work attendance in current or previous job
  • Computer skills, particularly in SAP
