Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a hybrid dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. The successful candidate will split their time between general dermatology and Mohs surgery, providing comprehensive care to patients with skin, hair, nail, and mucous membrane disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Patient Care: Provide specialized care to patients with diseases of the skin, hair, nails, and mucous membranes.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with benign and malignant disorders of the integumentary system.
- Work collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
- Chart in electronic format in accordance with licensure and scope.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
- Completion of an accredited Residency training program in Dermatology required.
- Training in Mohs required.
- Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire.
- ACLS/BLS Tier - Multisource required upon hire.
- PALS - Pediatric Advance Life Support - Multisource required depending on business unit upon hire.
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation - Multisource required depending on business unit upon hire.
- Licensed Physician - WI upon hire required.
- Board Certification or Board eligible by the American Board of Dermatology or in Dermatology by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology upon hire required.
- Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate upon hire required.
- Prescription Monitoring Program upon hire required.
- National Provider Identifier upon hire required.
This position will be based in a well-established medical dermatology program with a large primary care and specialty referral base. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build their own clinic scheduling template and set their own hours, with flexibility to select their practice location.
The team is collegial, with a dedicated operations support and clinical staff who act as scribes. The department is physician-led, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
