About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of maintenance teams and coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
