We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, part of the esteemed KRMM hospitality group. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $15.50 per hour, reflecting the value we place on our employees' skills and dedication. As a Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for preparing menu items according to company policies and procedures, maintaining food costs, and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a significant impact on our guests' satisfaction.

• Prepare menu items according to company standards and recipes
• Maintain food costs by efficiently stocking and rotating products
• Ensure kitchen equipment is clean and well-maintained
• Anticipate and address system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding product/service deficiencies

• Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service can be taught through in-house training
