As a Guest Services Representative, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a warm and welcoming first impression to our visitors, showcasing a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding service.
Engaging with guests both in person and via phone on a daily basis.
Resolving inquiries and challenges, while confidently utilizing a computer system for guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as managing cash and credit card transactions with precision.
Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous. Familiarity with Opera software is a plus.
To excel in this position, you should possess strong English communication skills, enabling you to read, write, and converse fluently. Regular use of computers and various software applications will be required. This role involves continuous movement, and you may occasionally need to lift or transport items weighing up to 20 pounds.
