Travel MRI Technologist Position

Job Title: MRI Technologist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging equipment and ensuring that images are accurate and passed on to physicians for medical interpretation.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
- Screen patients for MRI safety prior to procedure performance
- Position patients for MRI scans using immobilization and protective equipment
- Assist radiologist with procedure performance
- Evaluate MRI scans for technical quality and collate processed images
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist
- ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT National Certification with registration in magnetic resonance imaging
- State-specific licensing when required
