Parking Call Center Representative

The Parking Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests and fans during events throughout the District Detroit. This role requires a high level of communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming support calls and provide accurate and timely information to parkers.
- Provide information to guests and fans regarding parking options, facilities, and other related services.
- Communicate with interdepartmental teams to resolve guest concerns and provide solutions.
- Process transactions, issue receipts, and provide refunds as needed.
- Work with various communication platforms to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Submit guest feedback and concerns to partnering departments for follow-up.
- Assist with guest recovery cases to provide immediate resolution to guest concerns.
- Perform other clerical duties as requested by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in a service role or industry.
- Passion for serving others.
- Outstanding phone and business etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and/or other relevant software.
- Knowledge of the Detroit area, its sports teams, and surrounding areas.
- Experience with parking operations, customer service, or related fields.
