Job Summary:

The Parking Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests and fans during events throughout the District Detroit. This role requires a high level of communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming support calls and provide accurate and timely information to parkers.
  • Provide information to guests and fans regarding parking options, facilities, and other related services.
  • Communicate with interdepartmental teams to resolve guest concerns and provide solutions.
  • Process transactions, issue receipts, and provide refunds as needed.
  • Work with various communication platforms to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Submit guest feedback and concerns to partnering departments for follow-up.
  • Assist with guest recovery cases to provide immediate resolution to guest concerns.
  • Perform other clerical duties as requested by the supervisor.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a service role or industry.
  • Passion for serving others.
  • Outstanding phone and business etiquette.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and/or other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of the Detroit area, its sports teams, and surrounding areas.
  • Experience with parking operations, customer service, or related fields.
