Tower Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Foreman to join our team at Mercury Broadband. As a key member of our Tower Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at assigned telecommunications sites, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of construction projects, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

• Site Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Leadership and Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including daily paperwork and closeout documentation.
• Job Instruction and Implementation: Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
• Safety and Quality Control: Ensure the safe and efficient completion of construction projects, maintaining a high level of quality control and adhering to industry standards.
• Training and Development: Assist in training and developing team members, including Tower Technicians I, II, and III.
• Site Recommendations and Troubleshooting: Identify and recommend potential new site leads, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide solutions to ensure project success.

• Experience and Skills: 3-4 years of tower climbing experience, with a strong background in telecommunications site construction and management.
• Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physical Demands: Ability to climb with up to a 30 lb. load and work at elevated heights up to 500', with most of the work performed at 300' or less.

• First Aid/CPR Certification: Current certification in first aid and CPR.
• OSHA 10 Certification: Completion of OSHA 10 training program.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Training: Completion of competent climber/rescue training program.
• Basic Electrical Safety Training: Completion of basic electrical safety training program.
• RF Awareness Training: Completion of RF awareness training program.
