We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at BHcare. As a Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing evaluation, diagnosis, and comprehensive psychotherapy treatment to an assigned caseload of children and families. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related mental health field and at least one year of experience in a psychiatric setting providing therapy to children and families. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include maintaining current clinical records for assigned caseload, preparing clinical reports and evaluations for other appropriate agencies as required, providing evaluation, diagnosis, and comprehensive psychotherapy treatment to an assigned caseload of children and families, and providing clinical consultation to schools and various community resources, as well as to other members of the clinical staff and to other programs within the Center.
