Associa, a leading community association management company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Community Association Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community association, ensuring that all aspects of the community are running smoothly and efficiently.


Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year


Job Description


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community association management, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for supervising administrative staff, assisting with employee hiring and training, preparing schedules, and establishing priorities for routine and special work projects. You will also be responsible for assisting with the annual budget and ensuring that all aspects of the community are within the projected and approved operating budget.


You will work closely with the Board of Directors, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that the community is running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for acting as a liaison between the Board and residents, as well as between the Board and legal counsel and the Board Advisory Committees.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have a strong understanding of conflict resolution techniques and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.


You will need to have a minimum of an Associate's degree and 3-5 years of directly related or closely related experience. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of Community Association experience are preferred. You will also need to have a valid Industry Specific License and a Location Specific License.

Working Conditions


The physical demands of this role include standing, reaching, and using hands and fingers to input data. You will also need to be able to sit for long periods of time to process information and conduct data entry activities.


The environmental demands of this role include working in a climate-controlled office without exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, machinery, vibrations, electric currents, traffic hazards, toxic agents, violence, disease, or pathogenic substances.


Location


This role is located in the Irving/Los Colinas area and requires 100% onsite work at the Condo Community.
