Job Summary

As an Asphalt Laborer at CRH, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of roads and highways. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, performing manual labor, and ensuring the quality of the finished product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shovel, rake, and compact materials at road construction projects
  • Stand for long periods of time performing manual labor near hot asphalt in hot weather
  • Walk alongside the paver to shovel and rake areas of asphalt that require leveling
  • Perform various duties to assist the crew when paving roads and highways
Requirements
