We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Seton Medical Center Hays. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
- Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.
- Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
