About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Agile IT Project Lead to join our team at the United States District Court. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and providing guidance to stakeholders across the Federal Judiciary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop standard guidelines, processes, policies, and procedures for program and project management in an AGILE environment.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to develop the product vision and roadmaps.
  • Provide government oversight of contractor staff on multiple agile teams.

What We Offer

The United States District Court offers a competitive salary range of $93,445-$151,882 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, life insurance, retirement savings plan, paid annual and sick leave, and 11 paid federal holidays.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of specialized experience in project management, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage, prioritize multiple tasks, and identify and recommend areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with project management, process improvement, written and oral communication, and client engagement is highly desirable.
