Production Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Framebridge. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of production staff, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, performance, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also be able to motivate others and work well in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they must be able to stand and walk the production floor for long periods of time.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points, initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.* Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.* Maintain quality and safety standards.* Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.* Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions, and responding to requests.* Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.* Resolves employee issues by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or equivalent required.* 1-2 Years of Supervisory Experience in a Manufacturing environment.* Ability to work Day or Weekend shifts.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.* Great work ethic and ability to motivate others.* Basic computer skills and comfortable with learning business specific software.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
