Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to become an integral part of our Brew Crew. This full-time, non-exempt role involves a variety of accounting responsibilities, ensuring adherence to sound accounting practices throughout the entire accounting cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Accountant, your primary duties will include:
1. Maintaining and updating the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
2. Preparing and analyzing comprehensive financial reports.
3. Conducting cash and inventory reconciliations.
4. Managing accounts receivable and payable.
5. Overseeing fixed asset accounting.

Collaboration:
This position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with other accounting team members as well as various departments within the company. Your key stakeholders will include managers, customers, vendors, and external authorities such as auditors and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred, though significant accounting experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel and MS Office, along with experience in accounting software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- The capacity to manage sensitive information with integrity.
