Job Summary

The Security Patrol Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members at our luxury resort. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol the resort property to prevent and detect any security breaches or incidents.
  • Respond to guest and team member concerns and provide assistance as needed.
  • Investigate incidents and complete thorough reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with resort policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 1-year experience as a Security Officer or equivalent.
  • Valid drivers' license.
  • Prior experience in a luxury environment is a plus.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain Hawaii Guard Card Certification.
  • Clean driver's abstract is required for this position.
