We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Universal Banker. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new account transactions, including assisting customers in selecting accounts and financial services, and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand and offer appropriate products and services.
• Responsible for consumer lending, including interviewing applicants, gathering credit application information, and communicating final credit decisions.
• Open, maintain, and close all types of accounts, promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help at all times.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail banking experience required.
