Job Overview

Shaw Mechanical is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Longwood, FL.

We are looking for an individual with great mechanical skills and the ability to create, install, and repair sheet metal products.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction or repair of HVAC or ducting systems.

We require strong hand power tool skills, including tip snip, duct strapping device, and drill motors.

The successful candidate will also possess the skills to read and interpret installation, schematic arrangement, and detail drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and fabricate sheet metal products using various techniques and tools
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all work activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of experience installing duct work
  • Two (2) years of experience in the HVAC profession
  • High School diploma or equivalent
