Job Summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a highly experienced Regional Asset Protection Manager to lead the development and implementation of asset protection strategies across multiple markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving safety and security initiatives, managing asset protection staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset protection strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve safety
  • Manage and train asset protection staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct internal and external investigations, audits, and shortage reduction programs
  • Collaborate with regional and store management, human resources, legal, and operations teams to address asset protection and shortage control matters
  • Monitor and maintain physical security controls and systems, including CCTV, alarms, and emergency systems
  • Audit financial, merchandising, and operations divisions to identify areas for improvement
  • Build relationships with law enforcement and legal professionals to ensure effective incident resolution
Requirements
  • 6+ years of retail loss prevention experience, including district/regional management
  • Familiarity with asset protection programs and software, including XBR, Navistor, and LPMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience conducting internal investigation interviews and managing external apprehension programs
  • Ability to travel to all markets within designated districts
