Job Description:

At the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Preceptor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also mentoring and guiding other nurses in their professional development.

You will be responsible for conducting physical assessments, implementing case management service plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical assessments and implement case management service plans

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
