Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Requirements Specialist to join our team at ADEPT Force Group, Inc.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization, driving business process engineering and requirements analysis across various government agencies.

As a Senior Requirements Specialist, you will lead functional and technical requirements development and validation, ensuring alignment with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) Viewpoints.

You will also facilitate business process reengineering activities, including the development of measurable and testable requirements documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading requirements analysis and decomposition activities
  • Developing and validating requirements documentation
  • Ensuring requirements traceability and prioritization
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program success

Qualified candidates will possess a Master's degree or equivalent experience, working knowledge of DoD 5000 and 8000 series, and an active Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance.
