Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled PMO Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in harnessing the power of technology to improve the health and well-being of those most vulnerable in our country and communities.

Your Role in Our Mission
  • Provide a centralized management structure for all project management functions, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Oversee assigned Project Management personnel, providing guidance and direction to ensure timely completion of project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project staffing models, proactively identifying resources required to meet project needs.
  • Act as the point of contact with client project management offices, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage program deliverables and milestones, ensuring timely completion and meeting critical path requirements.
  • Ensure engagement team's time tracking, work assignments, and status reporting are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage scope and change control, ensuring alignment with Gainwell contract requirements.
  • Mentor and coach team members, transferring expertise and ensuring knowledge sharing.
  • Implement Project Management Framework aligned with Gainwell standards.
  • Support the Implementation Lead in tracking expenses to budget.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a PMO, preferably with experience in standing up a PMO.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing large-scale Information Technology projects.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Expert-level knowledge of project management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with executive levels, technology, and solutions, customers, and vendor groups.
What You Should Expect
  • Remote position with occasional travel required.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $108,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
