About the Role

The Electrical Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role requires advanced knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components, including wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure system functionality.
  • Plan and manage electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with other trades and contractors.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing training and guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with operations staff and facility managers to optimize repairs and maintenance efforts.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
  • On call electrician for all facilities, 24/7.
About You

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience and certifications in safely installing and maintaining LV/MV electrical systems and components. HV experience is great to have, but not required.

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have a valid Master Electrician License in the state of employment.
    • Must have up-to-date certifications for role.
    • 7-10 years of electrical experience.
    • Completion of an electrician program at a technical or trade school preferred.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
    • Must pass a motor vehicle check.
About the Work Environment
