JOB OVERVIEW:
  • Adhere to operational, safety, and customer service protocols.
  • Welcome, park, tow, and guide aircraft in the ramp area.
  • Assist the maintenance team as needed.
  • Perform fueling, de-icing, and pre-heating of aircraft upon request.
  • Support wing-walking tasks as necessary.
  • Provide assistance to Dispatch when required.
  • Conduct daily custodial services for FBO/Aircraft.
  • Execute other operational responsibilities as assigned.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following tasks may be performed in varying weather and environmental conditions, including exposure to jet engine fumes, dust, and noise. Candidates must possess the ability to:
  • Conduct flight line operations safely and accurately, following established policies and procedures.
  • Report to work as scheduled.
  • Maintain a secure and safe ramp environment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Deliver custodial services.
  • Engage in frequent walking.
  • Perform stretching, bending, and climbing activities.
  • Exhibit excellent vision and coordination for aircraft movement and direction.
  • Lift medium to heavy loads, up to 75 pounds.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

To excel in this role, candidates must successfully fulfill each essential job function. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license.
  • Completion of the Company's training programs is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Basic arithmetic knowledge is required.
