Aircraft Ground Support Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW:
- Adhere to operational, safety, and customer service protocols.
- Welcome, park, tow, and guide aircraft in the ramp area.
- Assist the maintenance team as needed.
- Perform fueling, de-icing, and pre-heating of aircraft upon request.
- Support wing-walking tasks as necessary.
- Provide assistance to Dispatch when required.
- Conduct daily custodial services for FBO/Aircraft.
- Execute other operational responsibilities as assigned.
The following tasks may be performed in varying weather and environmental conditions, including exposure to jet engine fumes, dust, and noise. Candidates must possess the ability to:
- Conduct flight line operations safely and accurately, following established policies and procedures.
- Report to work as scheduled.
- Maintain a secure and safe ramp environment.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Deliver custodial services.
- Engage in frequent walking.
- Perform stretching, bending, and climbing activities.
- Exhibit excellent vision and coordination for aircraft movement and direction.
- Lift medium to heavy loads, up to 75 pounds.
To excel in this role, candidates must successfully fulfill each essential job function. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Possession of a valid state driver's license.
- Completion of the Company's training programs is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Basic arithmetic knowledge is required.
