Position Summary:
We are in search of a driven and knowledgeable Immigration Attorney to enhance our legal team. The successful candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in business and family immigration law. This position excludes the management of deportation or asylum cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver legal advice and representation to clients concerning business and family immigration matters.
- Draft and submit various immigration petitions and applications, including but not limited to employment-based visas, family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, and naturalization applications.
- Guide clients on adherence to immigration laws and regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and remain informed about changes and trends in immigration law.
- Foster effective communication with clients, building robust relationships and ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with the legal team to formulate case strategies and secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Attend and represent clients at USCIS interviews and other immigration-related proceedings as required.
- Engage in firm marketing and community outreach initiatives to promote our services.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
- Active legal license to practice in the state of Florida.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in immigration law, with an emphasis on business and family immigration.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Personable, with the capability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
