We are seeking a licensed and experienced personal lines insurance property & casualty account manager to join our team at Frederiksen & Frederiksen in Dallas, TX.

Job Summary:

This role involves working with our clients to navigate them through the multiple insurance company options we provide as a successful 4th generation independent agency. The ideal candidate will possess previous personal lines sales and service experience, hold an active property & casualty insurance license, and have proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to discuss and recommend appropriate coverages and limits
  • Assist with billing questions and work with underwriters to advocate for clients
  • Provide on-the-job training and employer-paid continuing education
Benefits:

Compensation:

$55,000 - $80,000 per year
